Quick update from our AI-first transformation. We're removing one of the biggest bottlenecks in companies: information delay.
I've been thinking about this for a while.
The problem every company knows
We make a decision in a meeting. We change a project, set a new direction, define the next steps — or simply move a project to another level.
And then what happens?
Normally, the rest of the company finds out hours or days later. Sometimes through half-broken second-hand information.
I've always fought with my own ambition to keep the company up to date with what's going on. But it's hard to share everything with the full context. And you all know how big a problem an uninformed team is — and how much frustration it generates.
So now we change that
As a fully transparent company, we keep it simple:
- we record the meeting
- we turn the transcript into a basic summary with the key information
- we instantly share it with every team member
Everyone knows what's going on with the specific project, what the new status is, what we decided, and how we think about it.
No waiting. No second-hand versions. The same context, for everyone, at the same time.
I hope this full transparency and instant briefing makes the company stronger — and fundamentally changes how our teams collaborate.
Every meeting becomes context
And it's also super helpful for our agentic infrastructure.
We're continuing our AI-first transformation, so every meeting now becomes new context for the company itself. Decisions, ideas, and new information from the meeting don't disappear when the meeting ends.
They become part of the context of the specific project — available to both people and agents.
So yeah, and yoo-hoo 😀
Every meeting makes the company a little bit smarter.
More soon.
